Hawley Woods Gray

Having co-founded Women of Wealth, with the intention to support women to find success in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry, Hawley is an advocate for women when their voices are not being heard.

Through WOW, Hawley has a vision to ignite the global advancement of women in a male-dominated industry. WOW has taken flight and is showing the World what is possible when powerful, strong, kind and loving women work together.

Hawley is currently a board member for Women of Insurance and Financial Services, and an accomplished mentor and coach.

As a collegiate volleyball player, Division 1 coach, high school and club coach for over 20 years, Hawley's experience has shaped her to successfully coach and train other leaders to be successful on her team.

The result of being an athlete for more than 35 years, sports more than any other college class or program Hawley has attended, taught her how to be the successful business woman she is today.

A business owner for over 25 years, Robert joined Hawley at Appreciation Financial in 2015. Prior to that he was the owner and founder at a specialty construction company, The Gate Keeper.

His primary focus with Appreciation Financial is to teach and train other agents how to be successful in our industry. This role has allowed him to combine his experience in working with clients, answering request for proposals and project management to shine.

Robert has become the life insurance expert for our team. He is currently studying for his Series 65 license so he will be available to serve all educators in our area of expertise.
